Good but not universal
I wish it was made to fit outside the 1" pole instead of inside. Depending on the thickness of the pole you're using this might not fit to your pole or might be too small (as in my case). I wrapped around a few layers of aluminum foil to make it a tight fit.Product itself is good. Nice finish. Hopefully durable.Somewhat pricey (paid $9).

Recommended. East to mount
Recommended. East to mount; simply screw into the bottom of your birdhouse with the screws provided and stick it on a pole. I've used many of these.Suggestion: Your birdhouses will last longer if you buy ones with a large, easy access "door" on the back so you can clean them out at the end of the season.

Solid and works with my feeder pole
Solid. Works perfect for the wooden bird feeder I bought. (The Woodland Deluxe bird feeder)And the mount end slotted inside the pole end I already had in the ground. The pole I have is from a previous bird feeder set which I bought several years ago.

Fits other feeders also.
I bought a Dunn Craft bird feeder that did not have a fitting to put on a pole. When I called Dunn Craft, they said the feeder was designed strictly for hanging and that they did not have a fitting to convert it to fit on a pole. I saw this mount on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. It fits perfectly with the screw holes on the mount exactly matching holes on the bottom of the feeder.

Better to have it than not.
I bought this to put under a bird house raised up by a pipe for an outside garden. But I couldn't find any pipe that fit it perfectly and snug, be it copper, PVC or galvanized..
