My favorite balsamic vinegar ever!
My first experience was at a fine restaurant in Venice, I fell in love and couldn't forget it...I couldn't bring it over seas so found it on line, the price is fantastic. It costs more for the fancy glass bottle $50 which I bought first because it's that good. But this tastes just the same and is more affordable!

Thicker, not thin and runny, so very versatile - love this!
I have been buying this for years. It is actually a balsamic vinegar cream, it is a bit thick, so it stays on things and does not run off of them. If you like being fancy with balsamic, this is for you. Favorite thing to do with this is drizzle it onto a cream cheese-covered round sturdy cracker. That is my go-to party appetizer, everyone loves it. Try this product!

Is sweeter than expected
If you like sweet this is very good, but just sweeter than expected. We'll enjoy it and try something else next time.

A definite staple in your pantry!
Love this glaze! We have many uses for this- we serve it on fresh figs in summer, and use it on goat cheese appetizers year round. A little stronger than regular balsamic and much thicker but can be used on salads with olive oil and regular balsamic to just intensify the flavor! Also delicious on spinach and strawberry salad. Wouldn’t be without it!

Not as good as a competing brand
This product is a few dollars less than the Naples Drizzle so I thought I would try it. It's nice and thick but it is sweeter and doesn't have as much flavor as the other product, so I won't be getting it again. I will pay a couple dollars extra and get the Naples Drizzle next time.
