My baby loves this. It's one of, if not his favorite toy. It's very soft and I like the vibrant colors. It has crinkles in the scales and a squeaker in the tail; so many great sensory options. I got it on sale for around $7. Right now it's listed for over $20 and I personally think that's a bit expensive, but if you use your 15% registry discount it might be a bit more worth it at that price point. Other than that, it's perfect and I would definitely recommend purchasing!!

This Flip Fish has become my baby's favorite toy by far. He's completely amazed by the different textures and colors on each side, and it holds his attention during tummy time far longer than anything else we own, which as any parent knows, is huge when you're trying to build those muscles. He even loves it more than our expensive toys (you know the ones).We've also started using it as a tool to encourage rolling and sitting practice, since he's motivated to reach and flip toward it. It's turned into more than just a toy, it's become part of our developmental play routine.Durability and stability has genuinely impressed me too. This thing has been in his mouth almost constantly for about a month straight (chewed, drooled on, tossed around) and it still looks brand new. No fraying, no color fading, no texture breakdown.Bottom line: A simple toy that's earned its spot as an everyday favorite. Engaging textures, holds up incredibly well to teething and mouthing, and doubles as a great motivator for tummy time and early motor skill practice. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

I bought this for my 6-month-old granddaughter, and she absolutely loves it! The bright colors immediately caught her attention, and she enjoys exploring all the different textures, crinkly sounds, squeaker, and little mirror. It keeps her entertained during tummy time and while she’s sitting and playing. The fish is soft, lightweight, and easy for little hands to hold and manipulate. My 4 month old and I both love this toy. I have even put this through the washer and dryer when it got spit up on and it still looks great aside from some minor scratches on the mirror scale. She really enjoys the bright colors and different sound/textures, I use it to get her attention when we practice rolling. But her absolute favorite part is the squeaky sound the tail makes when you squeeze it. It makes her so happy, I actually use it every time I take her monthly milestone photos because that squeaking sound never fails to make her smile the biggest smile!

My 7 month old baby seems to really enjoy this toy. My only 2 complaints are:-it's bigger/thicker than I thought it would be. Like, almost too big/thick. When she’s in her car seat, it’s so big that it covers her lap, and it’s big enough that it tends to fall out of her car seat while she’s playing with it. I guess I assumed it would be more flat and thin (like more of a play mat type look than a thick plushie look), but it’s pretty big, and honestly seems a bit too big for my baby (who is very much average sized for her age). Like she honestly looks sort of comical holding it. If it were thinner/more bendable, I think it would be easier for her to hold. It’s just so thick and large that it’s hard for her to maneuver. If it were thinner or smaller, I think she would be able to play with it more.-This may be user-error on my part, but figured I would mention it just to warn anyone else who is purchasing it: when I first got it I put it through the washer and dryer (as I do for every toy I buy for her). After I took it out, I noticed that the little mirror was ruined—it was no longer reflective or mirror-like. Almost like it was fogged over, but I couldn’t rub it or scratch it back to how it originally was. This was slightly disappointing, because now you can’t see any reflection when you look in it.Would I buy this toy again or recommend it to others? Honestly, probably not. But she does seem to enjoy it, so I’m still giving it 4 stars.

This one checks all the boxes. Colorful, soft, durable, crinkly, several different textures, colors, patterns, and has animals under all of the fish scales. This feels like a toy that my baby will love for a long time. Huge plus that it’s washable too!

My 3 month old is obsessed! She loves the colours and swatting at the scales. Also doubles as great chest support during tummy time!
