Best gluten-free pasta
The best gluten-free pasta on the market. The spaghetti actually tastes better than most what versions. All corn, which helps. The Italians seem to know how to do this (and have been doing this for a while -- not just a recent health pivot). Theis is the least expensive offering I could fine the US, which rarely sells Le Veneziane retail in stores, let alone supermarkets. For some reason, you can find this in Canadian grocery stores fairly easily, and at half the cost.

Love the taste and texture
This pasta is fantastic! Being Italian and celiac .. I’m picky … I absolutely recommend this pasta brand. Of course everyone’s taste and opinion is subjective however I love the taste and tuxture … wish I had the gumption to make my own but honestly this is great and a lot easier.

Vest gluten-free pasta!
The best! Tastes great. Holds up and does not go mush. Can reheat and eat the next day.

The Best
BEST gluten-free pasta that I have found. Great taste (mild), texture and mouth feel. Sauces stick to it. Even good the next day. This pasta keeps it texture. NOT gummy like rice based products. Grand kids even like it. All of this producers pastas are great but not the lasagna noodles.

A Great GF Pasta!
We first had this pasta in a restaurant in Yountville. It was amazing. We then found it on Amazon, and have been ordering it ever since. It works well with Bolognese, or basic red sauce, but it is also great with infused olive oil.

GF pasta - HAS SOY!!!!👎
UPDATE; I didn’t realize why I had gotten so ill after consuming this until I saw “may contain soy”. The online photos by this reseller shows no indication or wording of such thing. I have reached out to them with no response. If you have any sensitivity or allergy to soy, DO NOT get this! I always want to try new gluten free/dairy free pasta to see which brand I may like more. This is my first time trying this brand, and I really enjoyed it. The pasta didn’t fall apart at all, like rice pastas do. It did take a bit longer to cook, but that’s ok since it had an amazing texture and taste! They weren’t sticky either. Truly one of the best brands I’ve tried! I recommend it Price at the time of purchase and review 18.95
