NTE5c MK2 (replaces NTE5a) Master Socket - Pressac - Latest BT/Openreach Version - Bell Wire Filter - Clear Cam Lock IDC + BackBox + 2 M3.5 machine screws.

Had to have new box. It was easy to install but fiddly as phone wire from wall not very long. Good product overall.

BT master socket comes brand new, not like what BT provided me with to connect up my broadband, fitted this and now it works great..*shame on them*By the way you don't need any tools to connect your cabling, also no stripping wires, simply lift the small terminal block push your two wires in the two holes and press, then that's it..

The BT NTE5c mk2 master socket is good for quick and easy no tools for IDC connection. The real problem lies in the iplate fixing point which clips on the front, which TBH is crap.The socket would of been far better with a screw fixing points like the old master sockets.

Purchased this item and it does the job required.

Excellent outlet. I'd already fitted a cheaper master socket but it reduced my broadband speed. This socket cured the problem. Worth buying. The cheaper one was a waste of time and money.
