Very strong!

Bought these for some built in wardrobe doors (full sized 30” wide doors” where the existing magnetic catches were too weak to hold the doors closed. When I first fitted these magnets the magnets actually touched the metal plate fastened on to the door and it took a ‘strong pull’ to get the door open. I had to adjust the magnet position slightly so that the magnet ‘attracted’ the door plate but didn’t actually touch it when the door was fully closed. Now perfect.

Order this replace a latch mechanism that had failed on closet door, came with screws which was appreciated, fairly easy to install, however you need to get the alignment right to get any hold or best hold this can be an issue depending on where your try to install, this is not a fault of the product just something to bare in mind. The magnet are fairly strong but I got away with using one, in the corner of the door frame on a sold door, which not bad, is just enough to hold the door and makes easy to open. I cannot comment yet on how long this will last but as pack of 4 seems reasonable for the price.

Purchased these after previously purchasing smaller, poor quality, magnet catches from my local builder's merchants. Far easier to install and with the large size and strong magnets the doors are now very secure when closed. The magnet is fairly large so might be slightly overkill for the lightweight doors I have fitted but I prefer the doors being stiff rather than the draught from the adjacent door blowing the other door open. Will buy again.

I have a slightly warped cupboard door that when closed sits out at the top. Thought with a good strong catch the door might close tight and one of these catches did the trick. They could be too strong for some but just the ticket from me and the doors open easily with a simple tug

Used for 6 wardrobe doors i fitted 18mm mdf 600mm x 2200mm .was going to fit 2 each door but tbh the pull from 1 each door was pretty impressive 2 and my mrs would struggle to open them i think ... they are pricey but they were just what i needed

Very good magnet's. Excellent for what we wanted.

We have 4 of these magnet clips to hold our birch ply 18mm cupboard doors in place on our built in wardrobe (2 on each side) the doors are only 40cm high by 150cm in length and the magnets struggle to keep them in place. You can see on the bottom right it pops open. We spent £30 on these - 4 for each door and wishing we had gone up an extra size but the listing said these were capable of holding 28kg which should have been ample. Just get more / heavier than you think if you are using these for doors bigger than your average kitchen door.

Had French doors with that crazy ball closure at the top. After replacing that and having it fail a few month later, used this product. Great! Looks good and magnets are strong enough to hold the door closed. My 30 lb dog can jump on the door and open it but no big deal.

Powerful magnets very easy to install. I managed to fit up to 40% more jackets into my wardrobe!

Goede magneten. Goede trekkracht, maar zeker geen rvs.
