Freshness and taste
This is a very good run. I do a lot of cooking on my smoker and this worked well on ribs and I even tried it on cream cheese. Cooking has always been my hobby. Price is great.

Great flavor, easy to use
I love the roasted onion. It adds another layer of flavor to many of my herb blends. You can also use them as is. A good shake into ground beef for hamburgers or a generous sprinkle in those mashed potatoes brings those common foods to another level of taste.

Great new size!
This is one of my favorite additions to what I like to cook. I use regular and roasted chopped onions at different times. I just made a 1 pound meat loaf and covered the top with roasted onions and a can of diced tomatoes. Oh yes I also added a half of a fresh diced onion and half of a fresh green bell pepper on the inside. This gave the meat loaf some zing. I cook for myself now, so I am my only critic. My Chicken Vesuvio is next.
