Is ther a specific zipper foot for this zipper?

You just to use an invisible zipper foot!! Hopefully you got one with your sewing machine. If not you can buy one where you bought your machine. I love using invisible zippers.

Is the with of this zipper 1 inch or 3/4 total width?

Total width is 7/8. 3/8 to center from each side with 1/8 coils themselves on the back

What size would work best for a pillow that is 20” wide?

It depends on how wide you want the zipper opening. Typically I leave 1-2” from each corner of the zipper side of the pillow. So with a 20” pillow an 18” zipper would work great. Or you could just get a 20” zipper and shorten it to the exact length that works for you.

What size is the zipper slider?

Small, about 1/2 the size of a dime or a bit smaller.
