Works with Gen5 Glock 17 MOS + Olight PL Pro Valkyrie
Very shortly - this is a great holster, value for the money. This Safariland 7378 holster works great with Gen5 Glock 17 MOS + Olight PL Pro Valkyrie. The ALS (automatic locking system) level 2 retention system is extremely intuitive for pulling the gun out of the holster and for acquiring your master grip. During reholstering there is definitive and audible retention click and the gun then secures into the holster seamlessly. Should you feel that the holster ALS nub could be bigger, there are options out there. As the ALS system works by locking into the ejection port, this holster works equally perfectly with or without a weapon mounted light. When the gun is holstered, there will be some up/down wiggle, but no lateral movement. That can be adjusted according to your preference by using the adjustment screw. Important notice - the holster will come in contact with the front serrations during un/holstering, but it is minimal and the holster will not scratch the gun. At the same time, ambidextrous and extended slide lock/release is of no issue.Based on Gen5 Glock 17 MOS FS + Olight PL Pro fitment, there is definitely additional room for a longer weapon and a WML. Very rough measuring showed at least an inch from the end of the barrel and 0.6in from the end of the PL pro. Don't take my word for it, but this holster should therefore also work with Glock 34, since it is only 0.79in longer than Glock 17.It is difficult to say definitively, but it looks that this holster might not work with suppressor height seights. Plenty of height room for the rear sight and also for the front sight when the gun is holstered, but the ALS locking mechanism might impede the entry of extended front sight. But this holster does not come with an RMR cut anyway. Not sure if or how it would fit a comp, but threaded barrel would not be an issue, for the aforementioned additional space. Additionally, there is an opening at the bottom as well.Last but not least, the holster has the trademark Safariland three hole cuts, which can be perfectly utilized for the QLS system. Importantly, the holster actually has a double set of "three holes", so that you can choose your ride height. Additionally, you can adjust the tilt of the holster, but it is not possible to have it completely straight. To sum it up - it is a great duty/GTW holster.

Highly recommended for carrying with a weaponlight
The Amazon product description claims this holster variant only fits the M&P 9/40 + SureFire X300, but the holster I received perfectly fits my M&P 9 4.25" barrel (no manual safety) with Streamlight TLR-1s weapon light attached.Build quality and craftsmanship are excellent, on par with nearly every Safariland product I've purchased.Surprisingly, the holster securely fits my pistol both with and without a weaponlight attached. However, if you're planning to carry concealed without the weaponlight for any meaningful length of time, I'd strongly recommend purchasing an additional non-weaponlight version of this holster, as the weaponlight accommodation adds significant bulk. The Automatic Locking System (ALS for short) is what Safariland's name for a holster with a thumb release lever. It's easy to learn while offering better weapon retention than a traditional thumb snap, but there is still a learning curve to it. If you're using this holster for armed duty or self-defense, be sure to regularly practice drawing and reholstering your weapon. Upon testing out this holster, I noticed that having a weaponlight attached increases the friction between the gun and holster (compared to my other non-weaponlight compatible ALS-equipped holsters). Not a dealbreaker by any means, just something to know and train yourself to expect. This holster's concealability is decent but not magical; it's still holding a full-size pistol with attached weaponlight. I can carry concealed effectively under a winter coat, but I'm not planning to use this holster during the summer. Using a snugly-buckled gun belt and the included paddle mount, the holster rides relatively close to my body.Safariland's standard paddles and belt loops hold pistols lower on my beltline than I prefer, so I've replaced the included paddle with their 565BL Hi-Ride Belt Loop. It makes the holster easier to conceal, more secure than any paddle, and is curved to fit my body more comfortably than Safariland's standard flat belt loop.Overall, this holster is an excellent option if you choose (or are required) to carry a weaponlight-equipped pistol. Highly recommended.

More comfortable than kydex
I bought a WTP holster, it marred up the end of my pistol and my stream light, then I tried this one. Works like a charm. Keeps my handgun nice and secure, guards the trigger while I’m carrying, the release is a natural movement, and what I really like is that it’s not a push button to release (which is a natural movement to put your finger on the trigger when drawing your weapon and causing an accidental discharge). Going to buy a couple more for my other handguns for range days.

HK P30L Paddle Holster with 1.75" belt attachment
The holster itself is great. Your gun clicks into place and is released using your thumb. Very secure, yet easy to draw. The paddle part is comfortable, but I would prefer the Serpa type. You CANNOT adjust the cant on the holster...it is canted slightly forward. The paddle grip on this holster on your belt is phenomenal, and is VERY SECURE, but I had some difficulty with it on a 1.5 inch belt. A smaller belt should have no issues. The belt attachment will only accommodate a 1.75" belt or less, and it's flat--not curved. I wanted this for a 2" duty belt and it will NOT work. And it will NOT fit on a Serpa paddle. It WILL FIT, however, with a Safariland universal belt loop, which is curved, and accommodates up to a 2.25" duty belt and has a very slight forward cant (which cannot be adjusted.) I bought the Safariland mid ride belt loop (<$20) and now have the holster on my 2" duty belt...which works great. There aren't many holsters out there that I liked for my HK P30L, but this one is pretty good. Would have given it 5 stars if the belt attachment would accommodate up to a 2.25" duty belt.

Solid
As always solid built Safariland, retention is intuitive and I can draw fast like it isn’t even there. But to bulky for conceal carry. Overall love it

Doesn't Fit Glock 20
It was supposed to fit a Glock 20 and mine became stuck in the retention system. Had to disassemble the holster to remove my gun.
