Zero Customer Service
The DC plug for the unit falls out if someone walks into the room (exaggerated). I sent an email over a week ago, with a follow-up email and I have no response!!

Great little box
The user interface is really fast and responsive. It has great picture.

Streaming service works As advertised.
Cannot get closed captions working. Every other service or hardware device has worked on my tv before. Customer support points to easy to follow instructions. Yeah, I can read. No workaround. No software fix. No update, so far. Remote teaching mode seemed glitchy. Got it done, though. No instructions for some remote functions. Achieving full functionality will be a self taught, hit or miss adventure.

Consistently have channel outages
Daily there are multiple channel outages. 9/1/2024 All ABC channels across USA went dead. 8/31/2024 the WV vs Penn State restarted at half time. Consistently our local four channels have issues with Fox having the most. Only support offered it to text message to someone that tells you the issue has been sent to technicians. The concept of the Box is great, but the quality delivered is poor.

It takes knowing/following your instructions
I felt ripped. My box malfunctioned and I couldn't get any support and I lost the blue tv apps and vod apps. The box was useless. But I got out my setup instructions that came with it, followed the instructions, and I have everything working great again. There is no real support phone #, but keep the instructions that come with it and don't give up.All in all it's a pretty good value. But you don't need all of the stuff that they put in the box. Just the box, remote, and hdmi cables. I never use the keyboard. The wifi extender is nice, but I didn't really need it.
