Absolutely stunning once installed. It does output heat and you can change the colors of the flames/lights. One complaint I will point out is that you do have to point the remote in the correct direction/angle otherwise it does not register. But overall very happy with purchase.

This is a good choice for a lower cost but great looking option.

I loved it so much I bought two more. Heats my 400 sqft space without an issue. It's been over a year since I bought mine and all 3 still work as they did when new. I currently have one in a 200 sqft space and it gets toasty fast. It helps heat my home and keeps us warm even when temps drop below 0!

What I love is it's big and cost less then a smaller 1. Only I don't Like is I wish it had the red color also, but it'll do with the 3 colors

The media could not be loaded. I brought the upgrade thinking it would be worth the extra $$ but it did not turn out that way. The fireplace arrived in a well packed box however the first thing I noticed was the bezel was all marked up with scratches and dinings.I followed the install instructions to the letter and plugged it in. At first it looked OK but then I noticed the left end flame was flicker in and out (see video) I unplugged it and did a reset but it did not fix the issue. I contacted the seller and shared the video and was told "That's Normal" there's nothing wrong. I then contacted a Fireplace Service Company and shared the video and they assured me that was not normal and there was an issue with the LED controller. They also told me in a nice way that the fireplace was cheaply made and not worth fixing.The seller did finally agree to fully refund me but did not want the fireplace back so now I'm stuck with trying to dispose of there garbage.Long story short DO NOT BUY!!Best option Modern Flames SPS-74B or LPS-6814

We installed this with no problem. The heat output is perfect for my bedroom.

First one came and stopped working immediately, the customer service was awesome they sent a replacement with in a couple of days of contacting them.

Perfect choice overall. Very satisfied. I chose to wall hang it very simple install. Easy instructions
