My son has had fun with this
My son has been in conditioning for football, so we picked this up to help him out. He's had a lot of fun with this, dragging a sled and a tire across the yard. The harness has held up well, it distributes the weight nicely so he doesn't get bruises. The bungee stretches and snaps back very nicely, it hasn't broken yet. Everything has held up very well to the abuse he's put it through, and I'm very happy with it. He gets a workout, and it seems like fun to him.

This product is dangerous!
The plastic clip on the base personâs belt broke which released the metal ring at the sprinterâs back! The runner was a 100 pound 13 year old and he ended up bruised. This product is cheaply made and dangerous. Do not buy - it is not safe.

Letâs get fast
The media could not be loaded. A great tool for speed and explosiveness. I train athletes and this really helps give just an enough tension to help create resistance so my athletes can run fast and not become sluggish when running because the band is too tight.You can use this for lateral jumping as well as forward jumping as well which is great.. the band is well built and has a nice protective cover. The straps are comfortable. Itâs awesome to have the full body strap as well as the hip strapAttach it anywhere and get some work done. Definitely recommend
