I will be contacting the seller and hope they make things right, but am disappointed that after only five mo the of use, the remote stopped working!Purchase to replace another model that I had used without the legs on my raised bed with storage drawers, but the mechanics of this model projected too far so I had to add additional boards below to raise it off the base. Not manufacturer’s fault, but annoying.If they fix the remote problem, it is a good product. I enjoy having my legs raised too, which my last model didn’t do.

Not a bad Sunday morning project but the instruction booklet leaves a lot to be desired. All of the parts are labeled well but the instructions leave out what number parts go where. The youtube video has no audio and they leave out a step or three. It is just about a 2 person project. I wouldn't buy it again$70 to ship is a bit much and FedEx is horrible to deal with. did not arrive on time. They did show up in my driveway one day, never got out of the truck, left then returned later and the driver wasn't strong enough to unload the box. I had to do it myself and carry it to the house. Now I wait for FedEX to bring the mattress that was supposed to be here4 days ago and might get her tomorrow.

It will get the job done but I feel as though I got played. Upgraded version is no upgrade by any means. Just a cheap foam boarder that goes on underside of plywood planks. Expressed concerns and was blown off, for that I give 1star.

I purchased this frame. I had to assemble it. It came in 100 pieces. Came with missing pieces and pieces that didn't work. I have gone back and forth with seller and have only gotten one of the missing parts. I have yet to get the part that doesn't work. Currently waiting to see if I can return it and get a refund! Do not buy this! Not worth the money or headache!
