I have tried lots of different products over the years to clean our windows...but this is thebest and simplest way to ensure sparkling results. This product is excellent and it makes a lovelyjob of getting the condensation off my windows. It is easy to use and easy to empty. So far, no problems have been experienced. Buy one and you will not be disappointed.

I thought that I would give it a try, for the cost I would not have lost much if it was rubbish BUT it is great. I have found it really does give streak free results with ease. Does anyone know if you can get replacements when thngs wear out??

I recently sacked my window cleaner after i realised he wasnt doing my windows and still taking my money so i decided to do them myself from now on.After shopping around i decided to go for a cheaper option over the Karcher which does the same thing for nearly double the price.This makes window cleaning a breeze and your windows come out gleeming.I would recommend a bucket of soapy water and a cloth first before spraying on any window cleaning product and use the vac to suck all the water/suds away.Once the vac gets full just take out the plug and empty the excess water...It couldnt be easier!The attachable extended handle also makes it easier to reach those higher windows.Overall highly recommended.

Very impressed with my new window vac. Thought that i wouldn't get much cleaning done with the charge life but I was proven wrong. My patio doors always take me ages to clean especially with my dogs coming in and out all the time they do get in some mess at the lower areas..the window vac breezed through it literally 2 minutes and I've never seen the window looking so clean and bright..effortless yet effective. No streaks either wish I'd bought one sooner and for the price of this one you really can't go wrong. Easy to use and with an extension handle and other accessories an absolute bargain. Can be used on other similar surfaces like mirrors, tiles and I've used it on my silver American fridge freezer doors and they came up lovely.

Having recently bought a new house with quite a few windows I decided to clean the windows myself instead of employing a window cleaner and bought this to do the job, and with two uses it will have paid for itself!Great little gadget, charges up quickly and is very light to use. My windows look great and it hardly took me anytime at all. Comes with everything you need and clear instructions. My only quibble is that it doesn't turn off unless you plug it in which is a little odd but atleast its charged ready for the next use.Would recommend this item as it is equally as good as the more expensive/well know model.

Purchased this November 2017 but only unpacked it last Wednesday as I had been using my Kärcher until then. Well, I fully charged the Intey, managed to clean one window pane, then it stopped operating and hasn't operated since. I left it charging again today, the blue light stopped flashing suggesting that it was 'ready to go', but needless to say it's totally lifeless. Apparently it has a 24 months warranty, it appears however that there is no option to return this defunct item! Very, very disappointed!

I was surprised how much dirt came off my 'clean' windows. I have one window that always dries streaky (it's a year old), and even that only needed a slight polishing afterwards, which is great improvement. The extension handle means I can easily reach and clean those hard to reach windows, such as over the sink.

Disappointing suction. I bought this because of its long handle, enabling me to clear high windows without ladders. I have also got a Karcher one of these (no long handle though) which performs a much better dry. This one has a nonsense rubber plug for emptying, and isn't very easy to clean. I would not recommend it. Spend a bit more and get a better one.
