Good keys

Quality keys. Works great. Original key keyring tab broke. Had to buy a transponder programmer and to copy my original key but it programmed it without any problems. Definitely cheaper than a locksmith or dealership.

Works good if you can get someone to cut it to fit your vehicle and you program it correctly.

Works fine once it was cut to fit my 2010 Explorer and I programed it per instructions on internet and YouTube. Had trouble finding somebody to cut the key. Ace hardware stores want you to buy their key for $100+ to make a duplicate transponder key. Home depot will make a non transponder key for $5 that will unlock the door, but does not start the car. I went to Lasco Ford, the local dealer and asked about cutting my blank that I bought here with the transponder. The smart ass counter guy said he would try, but it may not work. No mention of the cost. After a few minutes he came back with my key and a bill for over $21. I programed the key per the internet instructions using my other 2 working keys. and it works great.

Works well on 2007 Ranger

Works well easy to program on 2007 Ranger

Works for 2007 Ford Focus with transponder key (not key fob), if you follow the instructions...

Great price for two blank transponder keys... Take them to a good Home Depot, and they will cut them for free... Tell the person to pick "no" when the machine asks if it is a transponder key, and to scan a 24R blank to start the machine...Follow the instructions exactly as written on the website provided (remotesremotes.com)... I had to search for the key (by vehicle info), and click the "PROGRAMMING" button on the product page...For my car, 2007 Ford Focus ZX3, you have to have two orignal/working keys... If you do not have two original/working keys, you will have to take one or both keys to a Ford dealer to have them programmed...Put the first original/working key in, turn ignition to ON, wait exactly 3 seconds, turn key to OFF, and pull key out... Then put the second original/working key in, turn ignition to ON, wait exactly 3 seconds, turn key off, and pull key out...Then, insert new key, turn ignition to on... The immobilizer light (red car with lock) should come on as normal and turn off after 5 seconds with the other lights... If it does, programming was successful... Turn key to OFF, and pull key out... Repeat process for 2nd new key...If the immobilzer light is blinking when you turn the ignition to ON using the new key, programming did not work or car did not enter programming mode... Start over, and make sure you wait at least 3 seconds, but no more than 4 seconds, before turning key to OFF...My car beeps once per second for 5 seconds when I turn the key to ON, so you can use the beeps for timing (turn off during third beep)... Or, use a stopwatch to time 3 seconds... Most cellphone clock apps have a stopwatch feature...Hopefully my review helps another Ford owner... This same key is used for many different Fords from 2000 through 2015... 👍👍

Did not work for a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis.

Did not work for a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis.Had the keys cut at the local hardware store for $2 each. Have both original Mercury Grand marquis keys.Out of about 30 times going through the sequence of getting one key to program, it turned the engine over twice with no start, and it turned the engine over, and it cranked and ran three times. But once the engine was shut down, the key would not work. I drove the car about five miles the third time it cranked and ran, but as soon as I shut down the engine the key would not work again. Finally, the keys were a waste of money...lesson learned. And I am out about $20 bucks counting the keys, keys cut, and the gas to get to the hardware store and back home. Do not recommend these keys.

Blank Keys

The quality of the keys were fine, but I could not program them. The advertisement didn't say that you need two keys to program the blanks. I only have one key and if I had 2 keys, I wouldn't have needed the keys. After a lot of research, I found out that they have to be programed by a lock smith. After taking the keys to a lock smith, I found out that the chips in the keys could not be programmed. The lock smith said the chips will work with other Fords but not with Ford Rangers. He had to install new chips. A 30 min. job ended up costing me $350 mainly due to the new chips. Remorseremorse should have said that in their advertisement.

Good keys!

Exactly as advertised. Blank keys with transponder for Ford truck. Took them to Lowe’s to be cut and had them programmed in 5 minutes. All good!!!

Worked on 2006 Ford F150

2006 Ford F150 - Was able to program the new keys using two original keys in about 30 seconds. I had the new keys created from copying the originals at a local farm store for free. That took longer than the programming.
