Best home theater/ stereo system that I’ve bought. 1200 watt system with 10” sub, thumps damn good. Sounds like you’re in a theater. Very impressive. Customer service is excellent! Had my system for 2 years, kids lost the remote, they sent a new one with no questions, absolutely free of charge. Hard to find good stuff these days for a decent price and good customer service. The media could not be loaded. So far we are really enjoying this surround sound system! The set up, in my opinion, was typical of most modern set ups which connect to smart t.v.'s. If you have an older television, this system does come with AUX cables to assist you. I like that there are extra connection cords available for future connections. Once set up I enjoyed navigating the remote control and learning about all of the features, to include: Speaker management, bass boosts, microphone use, blue tooth use, etc. As for sound...I love it and am impressed with how it resonates throughout my house. It is loud and clear and definitely powerful!

I installed the system yesterday and I am very pleased. I had a competitive system that pushed 600W and this new one is more than enough at 1200W. I am also very happy with how the ARC/HDMI input worked perfectly well and is completely noiseless at lower volumes. My ONLY complaint, and the reason why I did not provide 5-stars is that there is no individual volume control for each speaker. You can control BOTH front speakers or BOTH surround speakers, but no individual L/R control. This means that, unless you have a perfectly symmetrical setup you cannot adjust for your particular experience. Like I said, not a huge deal, but my other system had it.

I honestly really enjoy this Home theater, especially for the price. But I am disappointed because the one I got didn’t even work. Probably just a faulty Unit is all, but still. My friend suggested this company to me and I listened to one that he had and it was so impressive. I bought this one and was very excited to set it up, the LEDs on it are amazing too. You don’t see them on any other home theaters and that’s what sold me, but on arrival I was disappointed and I understand With companies that are going to give you affordable good quality sound. You’re going to maybe have issues so that’s why I’m still giving it a five star because when I was able to hear this company‘s sound for their price is really good. One thing I would suggest them to do is even if they make their products about $50 more use that to make the build and components higher quality so you don’t have the issues that I faced and it will take the company a lot further I have faith in this company to make some good products in the future.

For one thing the base is so loud it drowns everything and you can't turn the ball base volume down enough there's no way that's 1,000 watt amp it's more like our 1200 watch you said it's more like 200 Watts and it doesn't have a DVD CD player that I actually works properly but this doesn't sound right the base over drowns everything you can adjust all the other speakers but you cannot adjust the base low enough and it's such a bum bum and drove my neighbors and say just a few minutes I had it on so and I did return it a couple months ago I'm sending this today which is October 31st 2023 little late but anyway I thought you should know and you did answer one of my questions about my small apartment for one thing you can't hear it good enough the other it's too big the base part of it and without a DVD CD player and with the base not being able to turn it down low enough it just doesn't function properly I didn't like the unit at all. Easy to assemble and see the basic wiring diagram. The remote takes a little getting used to. Works good tho. Easy to plug tv or cable box into master speaker.

I usually wait and use any product before I review it has been a little over a year with this system Bd901D. I only use to listen to music, and it has been used very little not abused or blasted. My initial assessment, set up is straight forward easy to hook up and looked over all decent with the rgb lighting. The sound is ok, the bass seems to override the rest of the sound so a little adjustment to the bass volume to me is not a big deal, but this could be way better. Everything seems to operate ok on this system as far as bluetooth it's all I use as far as source. Now the bad with very little use the rgb lighting has now quit working just out of the blue. I contacted Bobtot support and that was a joke they seem to not care to stand by their product. I was basically told to deal with it to keep the unit as long as it does not affect the sound. ok I understand that I was not asking for a replacement just a solution to fix it. Had no intensions of getting rid of it. Very odd reply from support. With very little use I expect it to last longer than the maybe 15 times using the system one reason it was bought was for the look. Many have complimented on the cool look of my setup. I know to some that is not a big deal but if something that small fails what is next. Bobtot support seemed very rude about the situation. For the price of the system, it could be cheaper since it eventually fails. Giving them a try as to an alternative of a more expensive system was more ideal for me and my budget. would I purchase again, NO spend the few extra bucks and get something that last a lot longer and support does not treat you rudely. Now I will see how much longer this system lasts what will fail on this under used system next stay tuned. There was no reason for support to be rude all I asked was a solution to fix this issue with the lighting I was not asking for a new system just a fix to this one. I'm giving this 2 stars only because of the overpowered bass sound and failed rgb lighting on top of extremely rude Bobtot support should have lasted longer for no more use than it got. I will not recommend buying from them since they don't care about standing behind their product. In the end its your choice what you buy.
