Good For Stretching Calf and Hamstrings
I Like the Adjusting from A Small Angle to A Bigger angle to put different Tension on the Calf and Hamstring Muscles. Also good for Leaning forward to stretch Back Muscles

Just wish they'd include exercises for the bands.

Teeth bent, lowest angle no longer works
Worked well until it broke. I bought a metal one for durability, and this didn't have it. Flattest level's teeth bent (as others have said), and all but the shallowest angle are CRAZY high, so it's useless now. Throwing away.

Broke! With 185 lbs weight on it
The first support to change the angle already broke with 185 lbs of weight on it. That's a disappointment!
