Can’t add memory, case will break

So I got it and literally 3 weeks later it's crashes. But HP support is literally the best thing ever. I got it up and running again. But then.... The battery died. I had to send it in the HP head quarters to fix.

I am now just writing a review on this laptop that I purchased about 2 years ago, I do not like to write reviews immediately on electronics until the device has proven itself. I must say I am very fond and delighted with this laptop. I just wish a red color was available, so I went with blue.

For the price, this is a decent, basic, albeit very slow computer.

I had the pink 11.6 inch HP Stream laptop for about two years till it got destroyed :( I bought this one because I trust this type of laptop and know the brand. It works just as expected and I do expect it to be a hardy laptop like the previous one! Touch screen works okay, it is a very bright blue (aesthetically beautiful), touch pad works fine, it is not a gaming laptop (used my husbands while I waited for this one to arrive and you can notice a slower processing speed), and it is perfect for a college student/mother of two toddlers!

This laptop is crappy. No access to the free Office Suite as promised when purchased and no internal memory to save anything. It is a good thing I bought an external hard drive. I had to take it to my technician twice within a week of purchasing to install the Microsoft Office suite and transfer everything to the external hard drive so that the computer can update. It is not updating now as I have Microsoft Office suite on the system itself, so my technician asked me to bring it back so he can transfer MS office suite on the external hard drive to allow the updates to take place on the system. And most annoying of all, the laptop is super slow. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this crappy product. The only thing that seems to work is the touchscreen feature.

This is a bargain for the price. It works well. The touch screen is really helpful for our purposes. We use it as part of an asset management system for our small business.

Really good for the price. I'll upgrade to more power next time.
