I really like using this product when I am trying to increase strength and I want to double up on muscle groups in a shorter period of time. I definitely notice I am significantly less sore if I use it as directed (which is several scoops per serving, twice a day). It does become expensive if you are following the serving sizes for your weight, but it’s well worth the cost if you can afford it

This is very effective for me. Has helped build muscle, increase strength and ever I’ve noticed most is it gives a full feeling to your muscles and provides a massive pump during workouts. Been using this for roughly 10 years. Easily dissolves. Value is ok for the benefits it gives. The flavor is great if you opt for a flavored version. Just throw it in your post workout isolate shake and your bedtime casein shake. Highly recommend.

I was considering buying this again: it’s been years since I used it. As I researched this anew, the following concerns came up: 1.Very pricey for a supplement that is not widely used and not a proven supplement such as creatine or protein powder. 2. This was banned or is banned by several natural bodybuilders. I by no means will ever be in a bodybuilding contest and I didn’t find all the answers with a lot of time googling, but enough to add concerns. 3. The large part of a year I was using it, REALLY seemed to helpmy recovery from intense workouts. (I initially gave it a 5 Star rating) but for the money, I cannot say it was transformative. So in my opinion, protein powder, amino acids and eating healthy is the better way.

I really didn’t do a ton of research on this product before buying it for the first time around ten years ago based on some salesman’s recommendation at a local nutrition shop.At this point, I know what it does for me. It cuts my recovery time by AT LEAST half, and it noticeably gives me muscle gains in a remarkably short time.I recently started stacking it with kre-alkalyn and have built an incredible amount of muscle mass and basically have no downtime from recovery, with remarkable strength gains. I’d try it at least once if I were you.
