Worked exactly the way I needed

This was easy to work with and seemed strong enough. However, it was too low to attach to the wooden headboard I already had. Needed to return it for a different style.

Work great for us to use on our headboard.

They bolted on fine, but you need to have your bed assembled to adjust the height correctly before tightening. But main thing I didn't like was the top of the notch that goes over the pins on your headboard was a little too wide. It lets your headboard wobble.

I was sceptical that these would make my new generation bed frame work with my old style wooden sleigh bed but they were perfect & very sturdy. So happy with the outcome!

I used it on a refinished 4 poster bed that I had refinished. The original wood rails, which along with the headboard and footboard, bore the weight of the mattress, just would not cut it. Using these adaptors puts all the weight on the metal frame, not the head and foot boards.

The hooks are not thick enough at the hook part. A bed frame is "Thicjer" in the head board, therefore when you try to put the into a regular size headboard, these are not deep enough to get to the back and secure.

It did what I hoped it would do.
