Nice box. Measurements were accurate and I was able to mount a standard Kicker CompR 10” DVC 2ohm on both sides each speaker’s set of coils in series and then both subs parallel into my kicker 800.1 for a perfect match setup. You could also use the 4ohm model speakers, and end up with a final impedance of one ohm instead of two like in my case. Would buy again

The Atrend A372-10Cp B Box Series 10-Inch Dual Down-Fire Subwoofer Box that I received is just as expected. Quality construction and the speakers and amplifier attached right to it with zero issues. Unfortunately, I don't have it installed yet. However, I have confirmed that it fits in the truck and everthing should be fine once I get everything installed. If not, I'll adjust my review. But, I don't anticipate any issues.**IMPORTANT UPDATE**While the information above is all true, and, the speakers do sound great in the The Atrend A372-10Cp Box, there is one MAJOR PROBLEM. NEITHER OF MY REAR SEATS WILL LOCK IN THE DOWN POSITION.Normally, I wouldn't care. However, I have a 5yr old Daughter whose Booster Seat is in the back seat. Therefore, I am scared to death that this would negatively impact her safety in the event of an accident.I am going to attempt to remove the seats completely, place some shims to raise the overall seat height, and replace the factory bolts, if necessary. If that doesn't work, I will have to either disallow my Daughter from riding in my truck or I will have to find some other box to hold my speakers.Net, net, BEWARE, especially if you have children.Jledenham, Dallas, TX

The box will have to be shimmed so subs have space from being pressed against the floor and pulled out a bit so that the seat can go back down and latch......

Got it in 2 1/2 weeks. Installed in 04' Fl50 supercab, with 2ea Boss D10f Phantom 10" woofers. The box is made of MDF (glued), and looks well made. The speakers fit just right and all of the wire terminals worked fine. The floor clearance to the face of the speakers is not a problem. The box fit perfectly (tight vertically), but does stick out past the front edge of the rear seat by an inch or so. Cutting off some of the carpet on the floor behind the box might help fix this problem, but I did not bother. It does make good bass, and is good buy for the $.

It fits perfectly under the back seat of my truck. Hat to do some clearanceing on the bottom of the seat. But I have the speakers facing up. Sounds great.

If you have a 04-08 CREW CAB 4 door. This box WILL NEED MODIFICATION!!!!!. You’ll DEFINITELY have to cut your carpet out where the speakers are or they will cut into the voice coil (mine went because the carpet was pushing into them), second you will need SLIM/SHALLOW SPEAKERS and still have to cut your carpet. Third (this one really irritates me) the speakers external connectors on the box keep popping out on both sides and they leak air and the entire box needed to be resealed. FORTH, YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE YOUR BACK SEAT TO PUT YOUR AMP BEHIND THE SEAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY BO ROOM!! All in all the box pretty much needed completely redone to work properly and new connectors. Pretty irritated

Overall the box is decent. I went with the 2 sub box and installed 2 pioneer shallow mount 10s. I did have to enlarge the cutout, but that was to be expected as the pioneer shallow mounts are 1/2" over-sized compared to most 10" speakers. I don't hold that against the design. The box seems solid and sounds good. I am coming from a single 12" in a large ported box tuned low, and the 2 10" shallow mounts can actually hold their own and hit very hard. They are not as loud in the low notes, but that is the result of a sealed vs ported design and not the boxes fault. I did have to trim the carpet to keep them from bottoming out and felt this should have been better addressed as the back side does not allow much excursion, but as this is an older truck, I didn't mind so much. My biggest grip however is the advertised .7 cubic feet per speaker. After running the box for a day or so, I decided to see if I could port since between .6 and .7 cubic feet is perfect for my selected speakers. Upon verifying the internal cubic feet to ensure I installed the correct size port, I discovered the volume is actually only .5 cubic feet per speaker. The only way I could come up with the .7 cubic feet as advertised, was to add one speaker plus the entire volume of the middle chamber, which is actually split between both speakers. For the speakers I have selected .5 cubic feet is the smallest recommended for porting, and I would still have to take out speaker displacement and port displacement, thereby not making porting an option for me. If you don't mind cutting your carpet or installing shims as others have done, and your speakers work well in a .5 cubic foot box, then I would recommend. If not, it would be better to look somewhere else. I will say however, .5 cubic feet is standard for these type of boxes, so I'm only disappointed in the advertisement of .7 cubic feet, not the fact that its only .5 cubic feet.

I cannot say as to the sound quality because we have not wired it into the truck, but I will say we were blown away by the exact fit the materials and the quality! For the price you get a lot for your money.

I’ve had this box for a couple of months now.It thumps perfectly with 2 10” subs, and the box is slightly larger than the required airspace, which is awesome. It was easy to install the subs into it, but I did have a slight problem drilling pilot holes, where the carpet would wrap around the drill bit, which isn’t a huge issue, and as well can’t be seen. As well, the badge on the front did fall off when I brushed against it with some cargo, but it was -20 Celsius, so I blame that to the glue failing.

-BOX ARRIVED WITH ONE DAMAGED CORNER AND THE CARPET PEELING OFF IN VARIOUS SPOTS, BUT THE PART THAT MAKES ME ANGRY IS THAT WHEN THIS BOX IS MOUNTED, THE BACK 1/2 FACE OF THE SUB IS SITTING ON THE FLOOR, THE FEET NEED TO BE LONGER SO THAT THE SUB FULLY CLEARS,
