These do a good job of keeping the eyes lubricated. Technically, They are supposed to be single use, but the truth is, there is enough in each vial for about 2-4 applications, and I believe it is reasonably safe to use them up as long as they do not sit around for more than a day. I just wish they had a re-closeable lid. I prop them up using a clothespin to avoid contact between the lid and anything to prevent contamination of the product.

I use this for my cat. He has one eye that doesn't product tears and will instead load up with mucus. This is convenient and gentle on his eye to give him the moisture he needs. I've used them too and no issues with my contact lenses. The tear-away top can snap back on if you don't use all at once. I find there's about 2 uses per dose.

Drops are over all soothing. Vials are difficult to open for older people.

These work well if you only need a few drops an hour or less. Otherwise, they really clog up your eyes/irritate. I need drops every 10minutes or so.
